Polish Business Society
Head of Marketing & Graphic Designer | United Kingdom | 2023 - 2024
I have led the development of marketing materials for the Polish Business Society, including social media posts and sponsorship packages. Additionally, I've worked on branding and promotional strategies for the 14th edition of the Polish Economic Forum.

As the lead designer for the Polish Economic Forum—the largest conference about Poland abroad (600+ attendees, 50+ industry leaders)—I developed a cohesive and impactful visual identity across all materials. I designed 100+ promotional assets, including social media graphics, sponsorship decks, and website visuals, ensuring a strong and recognizable brand presence.
The 2025 Forum's visual theme was inspired by Józef Chełmoński’s "Partridges in the Snow," symbolizing resilience and renewal. As the conference theme was The Next Chapter, the artwork represented Poland’s journey through challenges—enduring the "harsh winter" of economic and political shifts and emerging into a new era of growth and opportunity. I integrated this motif across digital and print materials, creating a visually compelling and thematically consistent experience for attendees, speakers, and partners.

I also led the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Forum, overseeing brand positioning, audience engagement, sponsorship outreach, and social media growth. I managed a marketing team and transformed our approach, shifting from a returning-attendee focus to a more inclusive, first-time-friendly model, making the Forum more accessible to a broader audience.
Moreover, I developed campaigns to enhance visibility, drive ticket sales, and strengthen brand recognition. Through strategic design and marketing execution, I played a key role in elevating the Forum’s public image, expanding its reach, and leading to deeper engagement across all platforms.
